Scorching heat in Worcester and airconditioning in Worcester Motion Fitness gym not working. 5 mins in my gym routine and impossible to continue- too hot indoors. AC dysfunctional for some time now. No notices up from Management to apologize or explain what’s being done to address this untenable situation. Can we have an urgent response, please..

DONT GET SCAMMED!!I was scammed by a Mr. Brandon Pieterson into a 24 month contract by being told its a 12 month contract!He claimed it was a promotion they are running!After 9 months i called back to confirm my contact is expiring at end of year and all a sudden im told its a 24 month contract!After having a meeting with the new accounts manager he told me this Mr. Pieterson was fired for doing the same to other customers and that he was changing the contracts after being signed with the help of the gyms general manager!After sending in multiple queries ive yet to be helped regarding my issue!I requested a meeting with the current general manager of Motion Fitness Worcester and was told ( by receptionist) it will be the next day on X time.When i came for the meeting suddenly the Manager (Meagan) was not in the gym.I was furious for wasting my time but calmly asked the receptionist what to do now. She said she can write my name and number down and give to the manager to call me back. Im still waiting and its been over a month now.Even head office wont respond to my emails and i feel hopeless regarding all this!Im ashamed to be a 'member' of this gym and hope anyone reading this wont fall for the same trap i have!Btw the condition of the gym is disgusting!Mould on the ceilings in the bathroom and broken equipment left, right and center!DONT GET SCAMMED LIKE I WAS!!They wont help you!

Avoid this institution like the plague, I joined on a month to month contract, which is R599 a month, gave my month's notice last year to end the contract, received a receipt of cancellation, they then decided to not stop the debit orders or contract and just keep charging me for 2022??! They even want me to pay a 2022 levy but I left last year? Useless organisation, no-one tries to resolve anything and suddenly no-one knows anything, I must just accept the threats to pay thousands of rands. But when I was gyming there certain members give cash under the counter to come gym without a contract, who even owns this crazy place. Gyms are the biggest crooks out there, go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

You get the gains although:1. Loadshedding limits your evening workouts, BIG BUMMER.2. Weights rarely put back in place.3. Limited Weight range due to missing plates and dumbbells.4. Staff attitude great, but not follow up action after complaints are locked.All and all, If they manage create some order and sort out the Loadshedding issue, not to bad gym.

When I got my membership I informed the client supervisor that I would be relocating the following year and that I want membership for only a few months. He agreed and said that I would just have to give a month's notice for the cancelation of my membership. This was a lie and they claim that I agreed to a 24 month contract which I cannot cancel. I warn others as many do complain regarding this gyms honesty and I would reconsider wasting time and money here.

The Wellcome Desk took so long to answer and has no No idea how to answer an incoming call.

What a dodgy place. I was warned beforehand by other people but did not expect an agent to start a fight with me when I asked him about the monthly price. Just because I wanted to know their base price, but I had to drive there so that he can give me a 20 min pitch. When I told him, I just want the base price he literally changed his tone and picked a fight with me. No wonder other people left.

Please consider carefully before joining this gym. Broken and missing equipment and facilities. No maintenance being done. Pool unusable for past 7 weeks and counting….Empty promises from management for literally months on end.

I visited the Brandstof Cafe inside Motion Fitness Gym yesterday, what an amazing experience, the service is excellent, love the cappuccino.
