Worst service I've ever experienced at a garage... takes them 10min to change shift so you can buy something at the shop.. petrol attendants domt know a thing about customer service. Manager is never around.. this place needs a manager as staff take advantage

Service very bad, long waiting times, staff morale very low, waited 20 minutes for service, after that wanted to pay for fuel with cash and card, was advised to go and pay for the fuel inside shop where l was to spend another 20 minutes in the queue.

Worst shell ever. Extremely slow service. no sense of urgency despite the very long queues. Petrol attendance having a fat conversation and dont even acknowledge people waiting en excess of 15 mins and still not being helped
