Miss Thang is one of the most helpful employees I've ever encountered. Knowledgeable about the products on the floor and even gave me her personal number so I could just send her pictures of what I want to buy and she gave me prices and measurements. She definitely deserves a promotion

5 star service! The warm welcome when you walk in. Kedi is the best. From searching for what I wanted right up to payment. Looking everywhere until I got the colour I wanted. Then there was change from my gift voucher. She suggested what I can buy because ai didn't want to top-up with a lot of money. Then I Asked her which globes do I need. Then went back to check the globes and remember this happens long after I had paid. Wow! This was customer service on another level!!!

Utterly useless-refused a return or refund, double charged my credit card-basically fraud-reported it and was promised to be contacted-nothing happened. Liars and cheats-avoid.

This is the only store I've been to where the staff actively seek you out to check if you need help with anything. One less star as some items don't have pricing on them like the cushions. Not on the item or shelf. But still a brilliantly designed store.
