I joined mid Nov 2022, been paying every month and have not been helped adequately. I went into the cape town branch in Nov. File was opened and I was then contacted by Sara-Marie Coetzee - Legal Counsellor. I've had to chase up with her all the time and to this day nothing has been resolved. I lastly emailed her 17 March, she called me back 19 April (a month later!) to tell me that she is closing my case. 5 months gone by and no proper help. When I had questions, she couldn't answer. Said she would email me but I'm still waiting for this email. This whole experience has been a joke and a waste of my time and money.
