This place gets one star because at least there is a Seattle Coffee. However they make the worst Seattle Coffee in all of the country. I travel all over the country and always stop for Seattle. From Heidelberg WC, Aliwal North EC, to all the Cape Town shops there is always consistency but the Melkbosstrand Seattle coffee is ALWAYS under strength. I have complained many times, with no reaction, but they are always seeming to cut costs and give you a tasteless cup of coffee. This is sad because this is our closest Seattle.

I bought a Vuse (e-cigarette) after a week it failed to work, went back to the store and was informed I will get a call from Vuse consultant because I bought various things on my proof of payment produced. However, more than a month later I am still waiting on feedback... Bad client service indeed.
