Very disappointed with the service. Took up and paid for a package of 18 months with unlimited replacements. Two months later the employee did not return to work and I requested for a replacement. They failed to deliver on the service and promise to provide a replacement. Have since requested to cancel and get a refund, but keep given a run around to a point there is no more correspondence from the agency. Worst agency and totally unreliable.
