To much drama just to get into the gate. Always ppl taking they own time to release goods or load you. Your product is good but service needs to be updated. Customers pay for they batteries its not free.

It's not good to keep a customer wait for 25 minutes for collection with the excuse of making sure the payment has reflected on the account but not talking to the person who is in charge to check the account.

I dealt with their sales and finance team via WhatsApp and email. They were great, they were helpful, they did what they said they would do. I will most certainly buy from them again.

One of your drivers (number plate:HVB 438 EX) nearly caused a massive accident on the highway by pulling right into my lane causing me to slam on breaks. Not impressive at all

So... I needed to replace the batteries for my inverter. I called and spoke with Yuppie, a bit rude at first, he told me the stock would arrive by Wednesday, he gave me his cell number and then doesn't answer the call, eventually I reach him on the landlines, he tells me I need to first make payment and when the funds reflect ill be able to collect, I asked if they had swiping facilities as I wasn't comfortable paying so much and not getting my good at the same time, he tells me they are not pick n pay to offer that service.I called back the Thursday, ready to go ahead and do the transaction, I go through to Ruben, highly rude!!!! I told him I wanted gel batteries as I explained to Yuppie on Monday and Wednesday when he provided me a pro format, Ruben says they don't do gel batteries only led acid, this is not what I was told the first 2 calls.I was very disappointed by the unwillingness from these 2 gentlemen... I chose to go elsewhere paying 3k more but got service and honesty and I was able to swipe and get my goods.Who in this day is willing to pay over 10k into an account to a company who you don't know and not get your goods at that time? Which company still asks for payment upfront and goods supplied when funds reflect when there's so many scams going around.Definitely off my list for suppliers
