Very unprofessional... I booked an eye test appointment for Sunday and they approved... Took my time to go there and when I'm there they tell me they don't do eye test on Sundays... Why do they make Sundays available for bookings and even worst approve... I wasted my precious time for nothing... Very unprofessional

Terrible service , The Lady the name of Sue took a copy of my medical aid certificate and id to check something with discovery and promised to get back to me on Monday , she did not call or email me . Today i called the store , she told my documents were thrown in the bin and discovery was closed couldn't get hold of them which is the lie , she was so rude on the phone , she said no problem i can go to another optometrist. Im so disappointed , i trusted Spec Savers as one of SA big brands ,

This place is so pathetic when it comes to customer service. I went there today and I was a couple minutes late for an appointment. An Indian lady came so fast towards me shouting, at the top of her lungs like I was her child screening Your late!" . I honestly wonder if this is how she treats her co-workers and other customers who also come late as well. I had to cancle everything because of her being so unprofessional! She even chooses the people she smiles at #is nice too
