Beautiful store but disappointed with their after sales service ie returns, refunds. They take forever to process and get transactions through and never follow up. This is an experience I recently had with the store and on that basis, I would not recommend this store at all. Customer service should be holistic, they seem to not be about that.However, upon reading my review above, a gentleman named Willie made a point to follow up personally with me to ensure that the concern I had regarding my visit to the the store got sorted and attended to.Thanks
