So wonderful to enter a pet store that is well laid out - they have fantastic variety covering almost all pet types.There's an on-site vet and doggy parlor with a coffee shop attached.The staff are very knowledgeable about their sections and a pleasure to deal with.A 10 star experience!

These guys took good care if our dog during his visit for a wash and groom, he's not scared or stressed. You can make use of their services at any time and be sure your pet will be treated well.

Great selection of treats, food, toys and basically anything you may need for your pet. Very spacious store with helpful staff, and having a vet in store is a bonus.

I had such a great experience! The employees were really friendly and know what they’re talking about. There is a vet right in the store that checks out the animals as well. I got my pet rabbit here and I would totally recommend.

There isn't a zero. I would give you zero if I could.I have gone into your store a few times over the past few months to see the poor young Macaw bird. This poor bird looks like it is in tatters. You say your motto is we pride ourselves on being the centre point for all animal lovers".That is not what I observe about this store and your attitude. What a disastrous state you keep this poor bird in. What an utter disgrace you are as a pet institution. There is no way on green earth that anyone is going to pay that exorbitant price (not to mention the cost of accessories). It appears the poor bird will die before anyone pays a cent for it. Shame on you

An amazing store. Lovely and clean. Really fantastic staff. My hamster is lovely, friendly and healthy. Such a wide range of just about anything you would need for your fur baby.

Awesome pet shopping experience. They carry items for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles and most other domestic pets. There is a veterinarian in store, which is very convenient.

Absolutely disgusting. Had to rush my fur baby to the vet because of their inadequate groomers. Cut his ear open and cut his nails so short that his nerves were exposed. I am absolutely livid and they couldn’t care less.

I was just window shopping and found this place for pet lovers. One stop shop for all your pet's needs.Hamsters, fish, spiders, birds, rabbits, lizards and even snakes. They got it if you want to buy one.Most impressive was their fish collection.I almost forgot the friendly staff. Ever so helpful.
