I phoned Shalden's Auto Centre to try and get a quote for some work I need done on my car and what an unpleasant experience. The lady that answered was extremely unfriendly and sounded like she really didn't want to assist me. She took my phone number and said someone will contact me to assist me, yet after 3 hours still no call. I'm sure this is not the norm at Shalden's judging from the great reviews here, unfortunately if this is your Frontline and voice of your business you really have something to be concerned about.
