Unhelpful, somewhat incompetent service. Not customer friendly. I was kept waiting 2 hours on one occasion. Poor communicators.

Terrible experience!! Please take your money somewhere else. I was there today and they had a counter full of sales staff, but I had to stand waiting for 30mins and not getting any help. I just walked out!! Please don’t waste your time here.
