I order and Axpert invert 7.2KW from DIY Geek but unfortunately I missed that I needed to confirm stock availability.The guys were super helpful and suggested several good alternatives. In the end though I did not take one of the suggested alternatives and rather requested a refund. The refund was done very promptly after requesting it.I would definitely deal with them in the future again.

Fantastic service, and excellent support. Bought a 3kva hybrid Inverter from them, it was delivered to Cape Town within a couple of days. Prices are also very reasonable.

I ordered a few parts from DIYGeek. I interacted fully via WhatsApp. The person assisting was very helpful, knowledgable and provided some good tips for my Inverter setup.Unfortunately one of the parts I ordered turned out be out of stock, I was very promptly notified, and a refund was processed with minutes!I was very impressed with the level of service!
