The guys here are very accommodating and friendly. They offer services such as hair styling, colour, cut, waxing, beard trim and shaping as well as threading. Prices are competitive and the store is always clean. Coffee, juice or water is also available free.

Not impressed with a business that does not want to provide a service and rather makes excuses about why and how long it takes to do something, from pure laziness. Why operate until 6pm if you will still want to make excuses? Always willing to jump and help white customers, pathetic when it comes to black customers, and this is not my 1st bad experience here. I arrived at 17:05 and the salon was empty, I requested an acrylic soak off and the staff looked at each other in hesitation, seemingly not interested to do the soak off. They told me it will take 1 hour or more to soak off, whaaat? I disputed that and said 45min max. Eventually they agreed to assist, but very unimpressed. Needless to say, the soak off did take 40min like I had imagined. They went on to make an excuse about different types of acrylic gels and how some take “hours”, mind you they did not even ask what acrylic I had on. Never coming here again, I hate a lazy service providers!

My first professional haircut experience. I was content with the haircut itself, the barber was gentle and there were no unpleasant moments. The only thing I would like is more communication. Clients don't know all the fancy terms and techniques and I felt that a more complete result could be achieved by suggesting things a client might not think of. I was there on a Sunday and can understand that staff might have been tired or less optimistic though. Would definitely go back.

I have recently re visited this spa and have come to find that there are more men then ladies that actually come in, yet there is a men’s spa right next door owned under the same brand. I have no problem with men treating themselves but as a women a spa treatment for me is letting my hair down and feeling comfortable. Having so many gents come in the spa takes the joy of having some me time away. I thought that this was a once off occasion but have to come to realise that this is the norm specifically only at this spa.I will not be coming back and I do not recommend it.No fault on the staff as they are very friendly and kind.

The staff are friendly, treatments are average at best. If I could I would give them negative stars for answering the phone to make an appointment. You would have better luck with a telkom call centre.

Lovely little Salon. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, except for maybe the owner who seemed a bit grumpy but not sure if he was just having a bad day. Otherwise, Thando is a very skilled therapist and I had a great massage.

Great team of guys. Well priced, clean store and super professional. I bring my 4 year old here for his haircut.

Horrific experience today with the hair salon who could not respect my appointment time. After I explained I had a small baby at home the stylist was still unwilling to honour my appointment time and couldn’t care less that I left with tears welling in my eyes. If you expect your clients to be on time the same respect should be given. This is the last time I sent food in an body sense store

Place can use a makeover and some cleaning....staff not very helpful. Requested the barber to shape my beard and he could not?? Asked about the hair color / blending for men and he could not tell me. Why are you them advertising that on your website? Go to the Moroccan Barber...much better and more professional at a lot more reasonable price.
