Eldoraigne Poollab

My experience with Eldoraigne Pool Lab has been an absolute pleasure. They re-fibre glassed the pool, replaced the light and did some general maintenance to the pool. Their service has been excellent. They started and finished these projects / services on time and the quality of the work performed was excellent. I highly recommend them for any such work.

They made sure to fit me in the next day, even though I called just before they closed, very friendly and knowledgeable and definitely goes the extra mile for all their customers! They are affordable and will only recommend to fix what is wrong, nothing extra!! Can definitely recommend them!

I showed them images of the size filter my pool has and they seem to have purposefully sold me too much sand.Now they won't provide a refund for the excess sand.I will only remove/change this review based on if I have received my refund as well as their further attitude towards the matter.

Thank you Jackie for helping me to turn my greenish slimy Blue 52 pool into a beautiful sparkling blue pool again. Yesterday was the first time in 2 years I swam in my own pool and the water was clean and felt soft on the skin. IT sommer smelled clean again. Thanks for your help and advise. Service and Workmanship PATHETIC! R5300 later and pool still leaks.

I paid eldoraigne pool lab over R 5000 to install a new pump and clean my poolHowever their service was terrible. They only came to the house after repeated phone calls and eventually me calling the manager/owner Jackie. Still the pool is dirty after their 'attempts' to clean it and that said i will NEVER use them again

If i can rate them a zero i will. Gerhard the manager does not know what he is doing, the worst customer service everI paid them 6 days ago to come and fix my swimming pool pipes and its still not done, they just dont pitch.The only 5 star on this site is from Gerhard Swartz who is the manager no one else will rate Eldoraigne pool lab 5 out of 5. Their is so much more to be done yet they just never come, always have excuses and full of empty promises and more lies!! If I may give anyone any form of proper advice it would be to steer clear of this terrible place!!The manager of the store has no idea what he is doing there, the only thing he is good at doing other than telling lies is running a business into the ground.

Really very dissapointed with the service.The long story short is that there is no workmanship gaurantee with any work they carry out. They always blame the supplier and are not willing to provide supplier reports/job cards.They manage to find a way to always make it the customer's fault as if we dont know what we doing!The only reason it's 2 stars is because they atleast fixed it the first time around, even though I was spoken to as if I'm a pre-schooler.Now the pump has failed again - less than a year old, and I have to pay a call out! and the argument is - take it to the supplier yourself if you dont want to pay the call out. Geez!

Awesome service. Always goes the extra mile. After three stops elsewhere, the only place I felt did the effort to do a proper test to get my pool sorted out in one go, instead of having to go back multiple times

The professionalism of management and staff was exceptional. Sound advice made my choices so much easier. They changed the face of our 30 year old pool completely with fibreglass and a light touch of blue paint. Thanks for a job well done!
