Took an hour on a Sunday. Place is 2km away. App still said not despatched and guy was hooting at gate, it's difficult to know when he's coming, I rely on knowing when he's left. The gate is far from the house. Also 3 wraps ordered, all different dressing. No marking on packets, no way to know which is which. Come on guys, customer service lacking. Thr details make all the difference.

It's been about 2 years since we last supported this store. Our experiences have left a sour taste in our mouths for the brand. Tonight we decided to try again, it's just not working for them... or us.If your staff can't read an order they really shouldn't be in a service industry business. We ordered a chicken mayo pizza, paid for it but were given a Tikka chicken pizza.If the food wasn't nice I'd have rated 1 star. I suppose we will support Romans Pizza instead once again. Pizza perfect brand used to get it right. Clearly they don't need to anymore.Seriously disappointing!

Our usual Pizza take-away spot and they deliver as well ( free of charge ) within their area.Their Pizza's are great - just a pity that the prices on their menu change quite regularly but I suppose they are also not immune to today's rising costs on everything.

Absolutely disappointing... Ordered a Margherita pizza with extra mushroom.It was extremely burnt and dry like it was made in a rush. No even tasteThis branch always messes up the one in edenvale is on top of their game. Not coming back anytime soon!!!!!!!

Turns out you have to ASK for the special, their system does not automatically apply it, nor does the staff use their brains to apply it unlike at their other branches where they actually do. Don't bother asking for a credit either. Actually what this tells me is that they enjoy shafting their customers. Luckily I wont have to order from them again as I am moving out of the area. Zero stars

Bought 2 pizzas yesterday bacon avo and feta for the kids collected them and gave them to the kids without opening them and my son came to ask me and asked why is the avo rotten. Literally 20min after buying them and look like this.

Not happy at all with these people. I placed an online order, and after an hour, I still waited for my delivery. When I phoned them to check what happened, the driver delivered my order at the wrong address, then they ask me what I want them to do. The address online is correct, so I told them that the mistake was their driver's mistake, not mine. They have to sort it out. So someone is enjoying lunch on MY account, and my sick child doesn't have lunch. I truly am very upset
