CTM Clearwater

My partner & I visited the store yesterday and received the most incredible service from Sergio (Tiler). Not only does Sergio have a vast knowledge on the products, he was very enthusiastic on showing us every option on what we were looking for and even helped us with calculations & advice. He is an asset to the company overall. 10/10 service from him - thank you!

I went to the shop today...no help from the staff at all...asked a lady to help and she said she will get someone to come help but she didn'tI saw the tiles l wanted but l will get them from onother branch tomorrow

Really disappointed with the service. I felt as if I was doing them a favour stopping at their store. Literally begging them to sell me something. There was ABSOLUTELY no concept of customer service. Went across the road and spent more money at Tile Africa because I was treated like a customer (little things) and given the correct professional advice. I’m done with CTM as this was not the first time poor service was experienced here.

Terrible. There were very few staff to assist. When I finally got someone to assist me, I showed them a picture of a tile I saw from the CTM website. Staff member didn't know the tile, couldn't suggest any other outdoor tile to use and wasn't sure which tiles were for heavy traffic applications. She was more than happy to see me go next door to Italtile where I placed an order for 50m2 of outdoor tiles.

I visited the shop, there were few tiles that i liked. The second time i went with my husband i chose to go with the sales person who assisted me. We got our quote and we left. Only after my husband went to pay he realised that the price was over exaggerated. I trusted this guy RONEWA. I never expected this level of disrespect. Very disappointed!

Bought laminates floors here, to which they were the wrong colour, already installed and then noticed - our mistake. To which we went back and bought a different colour that suited. To which there wasnt enough and told they will order for us and let us know when it comes in(no surprise we were never contacted). To which we go and get more today and phoned to double check, get told they will order more and it wIs being delivered tomorrow, only to buy the skirtings and now told it is discontinued(the same day).Absolutely shocking service.

Debacle. Between this store and Lonehill/Fourways and the online site, prices are different and advice is completely contradictory. What it comes down to is that they are there to make a profit and if you are not careful, you will miss out in the long run. Wife got cracked, chipped tiles with even some missing-with waterlogged boxes and so had expense of sending contractors away. Glue was different prices and the load should have been divided or delivered had it been calculated for her as a layperson. Nearly also shafted by not loading things into car-just the same as me-Robert better not have any hassles with honoring the numbers he hand wrote on the slips-and let it be said there will be issues if the glue isn’t the correct one six months down the line. Lonehill made a small effort by the sales lady didn’t even respond to my wife on return with pics. Smacks of bad attitude and leave a bad taste in ones mouth for a R10k purchase. We will update this as soon as we collect the balance of goods and see where they may make up on some things. Also, getting a ones own staff to post nice reviews is a poor effort.

My experiences here have been horrid. After asking a sales staff member to assist us and giving her an explanation of exactly what we want, we were left to wait around 40 mins standing around only to find out that she decided to not assist us and hang out at the front of the store. I then asked another employee for help and asked for assistance on flooring and he advised me on an amount per box so I purchased based on this. I then found out the info supplied was incorrect when I got home, and I had to then make another trip back to the store to log a return as I purchased an unnecessary amount. There are a lot of tiling stores in the area and other CTMs in Jhb. Would recommend you rather visit these stores

Excellent service especially from Damian. He is quick, efficient and knows the products really well. I was looking for a specific tile which they had on display for indoors and simply hearing that i want to continue the colour scheme he advised that they can get that exact style for the outside which was the trigger for me to go ahead because this met perfectly what I had in my head. The delivery guys are fantastic, Emmanual and his colleague in particular. They were there early, they took great amount of care managing getting into my somewhat complicated narrow driveway and they are just very polite good human beings. I highly recommend this store in particular. Good positive experience.
