These guys are absolutely amazing. I used to work out at the gym until a friend of mine recommended them. I truly love every workout. You work incredibly hard and everyone help you to push to your limits ending where your just lying on the ground and struggling to get your breath back. But tomorrow, tomorrow you are exited to go back. You can't wait for the next workout. Everyone is also extremely friendly. The coaches aswell as the other members. They are all wonderful and I believe I made some really good friends in the few Months I have been there. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
