Bought my M340i from Rosa this year, I was really disappointed in the beginning when everything I selected wasn't available due to restrictions .Although Rosa as well as Zubair managed to get me the car I want and paid for the extra features in order to get the deal to work. Ultimately an excellent service received from Pinetown!!.

What a bad experience ! Had my motorbike serviced here. The bike was up for a trade in deal at Tex Motorcycles. I thought it would be a good idea to have the bike serviced before I trade it. Pinetown BMW lost my keys, I lost the trade in deal because it took them 4 plus weeks to replace the keys !!We all make mistakes, but it is how we deal with it that distinguish us from the rest.The floor manager at least tried, but the manager, till this day, did not have the decency to call me, offer me a solution or even to apologize. On top of that Pinetown BMW offered me R20 000 less for a trade in compared to Tex Motorcycles.Be aware when you deal with this lot !!

The experience I had with them two years ago taught me to always go for a second opinion. If you are told about major mechanical problems in your car, do not always trust what a mechanic tells you unless confirmed by a second opinion.

Was recommended to try their cafe as I work in the area. Absolutely shocked at how bad the service was at the cafe! Would expect better service from a leading car manufacturer!Very disappointed!

What a great experience !

The workshop is very busy. Was surprised to see only 2 technical guys there trying to cope with all the work. But I have to say that they went out there way to assist me and resolved the problem onetime. THANKS FOR THAT. Canteen was super and the food what someone would expect. Friendly staff and food to the highest standards. Negatives where,............ few. But overall I will be back. No sweat. Really pleased.

I deal with both the car and motorcycle divisions and the staff are always helpful and polite. Product knowledge is good and they go out of their way to assist. One of the few places that still offer true and old fashioned SERVICE! Well done team!
