Nando's Newcastle Mall
Nando's Newcastle Mall is a very busy place but the staff there is very committed to good customer service. Perhaps this is because they are competing with other fast food restaurants that have their presence in the same spot with Nando's. There is also Spur steak ranches opposite Nando's. The public toilet facilities there are really well maintained sparkling clean all the time. There is a staff member of the cleaning company almost everywhere at the Mall! Those with disabilities can also be assisted without challenges as the place is accessible to those on wheelchair

This spot is always super busy. The food is ok I’ve had better a better experience at other chains. Its located inside the mall so hours are restricted. Its not always clean, they can definitely work om making it look a little more presentable. Staff are friendly though.

I always look forward to ordering from this Nandos as the food is always fresh. Only bad experience was a waitress telling us to find somewhere else to eat because we had ordered from another take-away in the food court. We hadn't experienced this problem before at the food court and from this Nandos.

Fast, friendly, efficient service.Restaurant is a bit small to dine on the inside - felt a little claustrophobic.Other than that, a lovely branch. Food well prepared.The burger was the best I've had thus far!
