On the 12/01/23 I called in wanting a payment break surprise surprise my account is in arrears with a car that was written off in september last year.The arrears dated the 31/12/22. I ddnt even know where did the arrears come from.If I ddnt call will I know about the arrears. I sent an email no response to this day. I call then im being transfered from pillar to post. One agent had the audacity to tell me even though its arrears it is my car Im liable for it. I need to know what is the de registration for?? Who needs to be held accountable mfc or my insurance. Its totally unacceptable the regard that this matter is handled. I cnt wait to finish my term. Dont even tell me to type an email thats not gonna be responded. Totally unhappy!!!!!

Beware of Nedbanks debit order scam. Taking your money before the agreed date. So now you have taken money out of my account on the 28th of the month. This money was supposed to be to pay something else... On a long weekend. This is why you can only get customers for car finance, because no one wants to do business with Nedbank. They literally want to pay you to leave your bank and move you all your business to them. Why... Because their service is pathetic. You just have to look at the ratings. Luckily I didn't leave my bank for these sharks. BEWARE PEOPLE

MFC has a tendency of debiting my account on different days, to the point where they once debited my account late and it negatively affected my credit score. When I informed them, they said they had a technical issue but they can’t help or do anything to rectify the impact on my credit report.Today I woke up to an unauthorised and random debit, double debit this month for no reason, and they are making me jump through hoops to get my money back. No option to reverse it either.In my nearly 5 years of being with Wesbank, I never experienced anything like this. Signing up to MFC was a BIG mistake.

Quick to grant loan, supper fast if payment is late or in arrears. Don't write emails to senior management they don't read it or reply. Senior managements attitude is reflected in their carenot centre" took months to deliver my papers after account was settled

MFC is the worst when you have a valid issue with your car against the dealership. I bought a car with Madza East Rand, the vehicle started giving me issues, cutting the long story short. I logged a complain with MFC of which they never assisted me in any way, instead what an agent said to me they said MFC did not choose the vehicle nor the dealership I chose it. Am speaking now I have been paying for a vehicle that is parking at a dealership since February, I had to take it back. Well... What was said to me is that they don't have any process they follow with such issues this was said by one of the famous COMPLAINTS MANAGERS. As a first time car buyer MFC has been and will remain the worst company ever one would want to go into partnership with.So I sent an email to the 'attached email's on reply, well... Looks like it was just for publicity. I don't get any replies it's just quite. I regret the day I signed MFC contract

Probably the worst company to finance anything. High interest rate and they endorse written off cars. I bought a car through them and found out a month later the car was a write off. They didn’t even try to assist me. I’m appalled at their lack of customer service. Avoid this company at all cost. I’ve been trying to call numerous times but to no avail and I’ve sent numerous email. If you’re thinking of financing something, avoid MFC.

They are not interested in giving their clients service they only want to ensure their basic fees are paid up.I do not recommend this company for financing. They are quick to respond when you apply and they are quick to get you into debt but once you have settled your debt with them they could not care less. I waited for roughly a month for my registration documents after settling my debt with them. I confirmed my address 4 with them and their courier and still they could not get my address right. They made a mistake on my original request, instead of contacting me to ask the correct they waited for me to phone back this delayed the process by two weeks since I believed they were delivering my documents. But no it was not on its way. After correcting the information I was promised the docs wil be dealt with as a priority but still it took more than ten days afterwards to deliver the docs. The street address that was confirmed twice via telephone and once via email was still incorrect. I corrected the courier company but still they handed the incorrect address over to a diferent courier company. I tried to resolve this issue with MFC and Nedbank but it seems that no one at the institution is interested in providing the basic client services. When I asked for a email to report them to a oversight body they continued to give me internal emails.Not worth your time.

The whole Hohm/Nedbank partnership is a complete waste of time. From the Hohm Side, they do an engineering proposal and promise to follow up with the Nedbank finance person. This can take a few weeks. The Hohm energy consultants keep changing and I was contacted by yet another consultant, who promised he could initiate the process if I send him all my documents. I said I would prefer to talk directly with the bank. I asked if he is the new point of contact after which he didn't reply. Had 4 different consultants, none of which helped.Nedbank does not offer a solution geared towards Solar financing as advertised, but merely their usual facilities, which is either adding the amount to your bond if you have enough capital (which not many people do have) or registering a new bond which includes bond registration and lawyer fees after going through the tedious application process for registering a home bond. The consultant said this would be around R10 000 and an initiation fee.If you are desperate to follow the financing route, I would suggest just cutting Hohm out of the picture and getting your own quotes from other reputable solar companies and then applying through Nedbank. The Hohm/Nedbank partnership just adds a pointless middleman with inflated supplier prices. (I have received a few quotes which are up to R30 000 cheaper for the exact same system they quoted on).They should actually provide a financing solution to existing Nedbank customers who already have a bond registered with them, without incurring fees or false promises of an easy solar application process.They promise an easy and quick process, but I have generated a few proposals and requested call backs from the solar advisor, but still haven't heard anything.

Once you’ve paid off the car, you must beg them to send you the change of ownership. If you know a person paid up an account ages ago, why do they have to be the one to call and be referred to a thousand different people for the natis certificate to be delivered? On top of that, I must wait for a ridiculous amount of time for something that should’ve been actioned when the account was closed?! Bunch on useless people.

I regret taking offer from MFC, we agreed about taking installments every end of the month but they just came and take on the 23rd of the month,when I phoned them they refused that they took money before the end of the month until I sent them statements. I asked the settlement they keep saying phone Friday when I phoned again they said I must wait, and some of their people are rude
