Garden Center store is a joke of retail professional ethics standards and product knowledge.Instore staff seem uneducated regarding Apple products and technology, companies staff members are unfamiliar with Apple services regarding product financing and discount services for any product , rude service and they dance in store abusing store stock . Clearly are paid to do nothing and can’t be bothered to educate themselves on product and services of Apple knowledge. Prices are 4times more than market prices vs 20% mark up. AR chooses not to offer Certified Refurbished products as advertised by Apple no trade in to discount product on mobile products or business finance services on product bundles .Most horrifying retail experience for a Apple ARLack of effort & professional ethics as retail outletsDigicape has never been this unprofessional , staff were free loading and clearly get paid for doing nothing as promotional sales staff with no product training only common knowledge on prices that are 4 times higher than regional partners M.E and sub Saharan African marketsApple should revoke their license to as a ARIt was shocking and a insult to Apple as a brand regarding product experience retail

I dropped a MacBook Pro off for a trade-in assessment, and picked it up an hour later. Lyle was honestly the most friendly - he really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I even called back later to ask for some advice and he willingly gave me his time and opinion. 12/10 recommend if you'd looking for a fast and friendly experience!

Probably the most helpful Apple outlet in South Africa.. For those not apple savvy then this is the place to go to, unlike the other stores where you are treated as a nuisance .... A big up to Dean as well

EDIT: I've never changed a one star review to a five, but Digicape's response after I wrote the review below exceeded all expectations. Within hours of me posting the rather horrible review after receiving bad service, the MD contacted me, apologised and promised to attend to my requirements immediately. They corrected their mistakes and delivered the products and services required within a very reasonable time. Good show, Digicape! Here's my original review: >>>> Good grief. Worst service ever. Sent iMac in for a service, two weeks after getting it back, it packed up again. Wanted to order a new Mac Mini & screen, after EIGHT calls still waiting for sales (Justin) to call me back so I can place the order. Maybe the Jhb branch is more awake but in Capetown they’re fast asleep.

The manager Phia is amazing. She is always multi tasking with a huge smile on her face. She sees everything and will always be here when you have a question.She is very knowledgable and will always advise to your best interest. From the first step in the shop you immediately feel that you are in the right place.One of their technician called Cheston i had to deal with was very fast, kind, patient and knowledgable. You get the feeling that all the people working in this shop are all friend sharing the same passion in tech. Yet they all work in a very pro way with great business ethic. Well done everyone !!!!! I am a very happy customer...............

Had my Mac repaired after my screen broke due to a fall. Crazy expensive as known for an Apple repair service. That's not the fault of Digicape. they are just handing down the ridiculous prices from Apple. I enjoyed the speed and professionalism of their service.
