Clean seating area and fast service. Backup generator so still open during loadshedding. Halaal now, not that it pacts me.

Very pleased with the overall quality of of the food and quick service considering we knew what we expected, was quiet when we ordered but became busy immediately thereafter, in the rush of orders my coffee had been forgotten, asked again and forgotten again, asked again after I finished my 'whopper with cheese' and then it arrived with an apology, no big deal. The toilet facilities are modern and clean with wheelchair access. The menu is typical fast food burger type facilitating options for vegans, the cool drink counter offers a bottomless cup of your choice. The sit down area can probably cater to + - 40 people at a squeeze and they offer deliveries which appeared to be very popular. Average spend per person I'd put at around R50, good value.

Their service is quick. But the quality of certain items on the burger bun, are pathetic. Rotten lettuce or the inner most section of the lettuce, and who really opens the food at the drive thru collect section, by the time one is home. You do not have money to drive petrol out again. And the amount of times I have been there. They do not like to give serviettes.

Burger king at the 3 arts is hands down the worst burger king. Poor customer service. Staff are abrupt and rude where they seem to have something better to do than serve the customer. Service is slow with staff standing around with only 3 of the 7 working. Food was bad. Stale chips that come straight out the fryer tasting like fish. And a soda fountain where half the drinks are just soda water.

This store continuously disappoints. I ordered for delivery through MrD and Ubereats and in both instances they messed up my order. Don't bother sizing up, they'll just give you a medium regardless of your order. And don't bother choosing a drink, they'll give you whatever they please. I ordered a Miranda and got Mountain Dew. Don't even get me started on your quality of packaging. My burger was ripped open when I received it. Don't bother with this place. Go to Kenilworth rather.

Well, we have now stopped ordering via delivery service as the food doesn't always arrive after 8pm. This needs to be looked into as maybe unknowingly to Burger King, it could become a real negative thing for people wanting to order via Uber Eats or Mr D.But BK is always a good Food option. Thank you for the good service and speedy response time at 3 Arts Village BK.

Purchased an order through uber eats. Got the order with missing items and paid R180. I sent it back and didnt accept. The uber driver went back with his own petrol and gave me a gross looking bag with the same order and just added the missing items. Disgusting they cant even give me a new fresh order worth my money. Their phones dont work so cant even call in.

I visited the restaurant and I wasn't impressed with the meal that I received. What I received looked like a dried out hash brown. It didn't even taste like chicken!!
