On the 29/03/2022 I had taken my cat to the above vet , due to the cat not passing urine , stole not eating and drinking. My cat was in serious pain .The vet had then checked him and sent him home after checking him after me telling him the problem with my cat < Sassy>. He had then given him medication and advised me to monitor him and if he is not ok to bring him back the next day first thing in the morning for admission .After me trying to give him medication at home he turned for the worst. I had then taken him the next day and awaited for him to be checked as the vet said he would have to admit him .The vet had the demanded between R8 K AND R10 K upfront before doing anything, he then advised that the hospital will charge between R15K AND R20K to treat him. The unfortunate thing is that I did not have so much of money upfront and requested a payment plan which he declined. He had the advised me that the hospital will be able to make a payment plan.I had then taken my sick cat back home. The vet Mohan had given me no other alternates to treat my cat although we have been taking our pets to him from the year 2000.he is now more money driven and don't care about our community and the poor in our community , yet it is people like us and the community that supports him to keep his doors open.I was then referred to Montclair Animal Hospital by Berea Vet , which they had admitted him at half the price of what vet P Mohan advised me on. The Service at Montclair vet is 110% and i would recommend anyone to take their pets there .I personally will not recommend anyone to take their pets to P Mohan as he is money driven and don't care about the community that has supported him for years.FROM MY SIDE OTTWA VET EXTREMLY POOR PERTHETIC SERVICE

Friendly staff, good care given to the dog

It was our very first visit. After many calls searching for a vet that accepts a pet medical scheme, finally found one. Staff are friendly and informative. Spoke to Priya who was helpful with all my queries. Our fur baby was at ease throughout his examination and jabs.

This vetinary clinic doesn't even deserve a one star review. I took my puppy to him yesterday because the vet I go to normally had n emergency case and I couldn't wait cause my puppy was very sick... The doctor literally only checked the puppy's temperature and touched her stomache n said he can't do anything I must go to the vet I normally go to or any where else cause he doesn't want to do anything and when he made this statement he was extremely rude and arrogant.

I'm absolutely appalled. I called because my puppy needed stitches (minor) and the doctor turned me away. His excuse being that it's a long weekend. ITS A WEDNESDAY. THE LONG WEEKEND STARTS FRIDAY. PATHETIC SERVICE!

The best service from all staff. Always helpful, friendly and attentive to patient care. It's evident that Dr Mohan and all his staff care about those they treat. I have never had a bad experience and have been taking all my dogs to him for over a decade

Dr Mohan and Priya are excellent, and so kind and caring. Their compassion and their love for the fur babies/ their patients is admirable.

Hi visited the Clinic with my fur baby .It was my second visit with excellent service From the warm,pleasant Priya that Welcomes you with a lovely smile and is so helpful. Dr treated my Fur baby so well.

Most humble and amazing staff, respect to Dr Mohan who brought my labrador back after having Pavo.
