Dr. De Ponte is actually God sent. Haven't been to a dentist in 9 years i was literally shaking but she was fantastic and patient. She even stuck the little jewel back on my earring for me ❤️ 10/10 dentist

Best dentist ever!!!Dr fergusson is my dentist here his work is excellent!!he does the job properly and I've had no problems with the teeth he has worked on.his assistant is perfect on the ball and knows what to hand him,very efficient.the receptionist here are lovely happy and polite and keep everything well in order.appointments are always running on time and you never have to wait!it is a pleasure to go here.

For so many years it has been one of the best Dentist practices in the area, but I have been messed about twice and re-scheduled due conferences and not keeping to appointments, if you as doctors DO NOT GET YOU HOUSE KEEPING SORTED OUT, I WILL GO AND FIND A NEW DENTIST PRACTICE !!!!!!!

After years of supporting Dr. Osborne I was horrified at his rude and arrogant approach today! I called reception to advise I was running late as there was a traffic jam in Edenvale, and if it was still ok to come through in which she advised she would let Dr. Osbourne know and to still come through. When I arrived 15min late I was told another patient took my appointment and I had to wait. I asked how long the wait would be as I had a babysitter at home looking after my 4 month old baby and she advised half an hour. An hour later I asked the receptionist politely how much longer they would be as I couldn’t be too long. She advised the doctor was sterilising the room and I was called though a few minutes later. As I walked into the room, Dr. Osbourne greeted me and before I could take a seat asked what he can do for me today as he only has about 2 minutes for me. I replied in shock that I had waited over an hour and what is he talking about? He then proceeded to try get into an argument with me in which I walked out in order to keep myself calm being 10 weeks pregnant. The last 4/5 visits have been very uncomfortable, he has had an agitated energy about him in each visit with the last one so rough on my mouth I didn’t want to return. I decided to continue with Dr. Osborne as he has my dental history but after being greeted in such an arrogant and unprofessional manner I regret supporting this dentist and should have left years ago when my family found another dentist from similar feedback. I have always been a loyal client, respectfully called if I was ever running late and paid my bills without any hassles - I am shocked how they have come to treat their clients especially pregnant women with a 4 month old baby at home! Don’t support this practise, they are unprofessional and have a terrible client service / tolerance levels.

These dentists are butchers, read on for the full picture. So I had some dental work done here about 10 years ago to repair a tooth that had cracked.Dr. Anderson worked on the tooth. For years I have had pain my tooth which I have put up with until now.Going to a competent dentist it has was determined that I need root canal (was expected).The real kicker is that the dentist who has just completed the root canal let me know that Dr. Anderson had half started the root canal (I was not made aware of this) and had left cotton wool in my tooth and covered it over with a filling.To be clear, there was no mention or request by Dr Anderson or his team to have a follow-up appointment, following the work done.To top it all off my mother had been to Dr Anderson in the past for an extraction and a bridge. Again years later it was discovered that Dr Anderson had removed a lot of bone with the extraction. Which was discovered years later after going to a specialist following the failure of the bridge. Bovine bone replacement was needed.This wasn't the only work that my mother had done by Dr Anderson.She had root canal done by this butcher. What was again discovered years later was that he had blocked one of the channels sealing it offThe only option she has after visiting this chop shop is to have an extraction

Highly recommend Dr de Ponte. I absolutely hate going to the dentist and she honestly made it a very enjoyable experience. Very skilled too.

I had a tooth removed about a month ago. In short after the procedure I ended up in agony for over a month. The medical costs is in excess of 35k to date and counting.1. I had to undergo surgery to prevent the infection from spreading. I spent x2 days in hospital.2. I have been on numerous antibiotics courses.3. I had to undergo a CT scan.4. I had to undergo a MRI scan.5. I am now going for my second operation due to the infection.

Great clinic. I can definitely recommend Dr. De Ponte. She is genuine and caring. She is gentle and makes it feel like more than just a visit to the dentist.

Dr. Kok is an excellent dentist! Always polite and friendly, and makes an sencere effort to to ensure the appointment is as comfortable as possible. Never had any problems with his work.
