My husband MTN account has been settled with them over two months ago, still not updated on ITCs and we cannot get a paid up letter. Even MTN claims they can't see the account. Very bad service

I have been calling you from last week to settle my account with U. I have spoken to Tebogo who was unprofessional, not helpful it's like she is doing favour to speak to me. She provided me with the account number that is giving me errors with the length. Called back and confirm the details still the same, I have requested a call back till today no call back as she promised.Very unhappy client

Not only is this place a division of Nutun Business Services South Africa, previously known as Transaction Capital Recoveries (Non Legal Entity) but is also found to be in direct contravention of the POPI Act.Calls and Messages are sent to company numbers and email addresses even whilst overseas. I had to hear how my staff gets harassed and my information irresponsibly sent to contact information not even relating to me personally.This is whilst before leaving S.A I was confronted with Inconsistent information, RUDE personnel, Failure to Act on time when providing Proof of Payments and the list goes on.STOP THIS and communicate with my legal representative as indicated and communicated by my Staff and myself on numerous occasions.

I am harassed daily by these rude consultants, we are under court ordered debt restructuring, and they don't even give me a chance to explain that, I have sent all my proof through email and what's app and the still phoning daily to speak to my husband, when I answer rhe phone they put down immediately. I have now started blocking all the numbers that come from them. Disgusting behavior from all staff that have called.

I hope that someone with brains at MBD read this post. We HAVE made arrangements to pay our game account off. So far we been keeping our side of the payment But MBD are phoning us between 10 and 12 times A DAY. Your company goes as far as phoning us at 6:00 in the morning. Come on, tell your call centre staff to wake up, go back to school and learn how to read. If they check their systems they will see on which dates we havd paid thus far. It does not help to phone the phone does not get picked up or when they phone you, it us only silence on the end of the line. STOP HARASSING US WE ARE TRYING TO EARN A LIVING

Harassment at its finest. I don't even have a thruworths account nor did I ever had one. But I keep on getting harassed by them about one. Their customer care is useless because it goes above the consultants heads that I NEVER HAD AN ACCOUNT with Thruworths.

Arrears account was handed over to MBD with only the basic information of this account ie, limit and outstanding, but nothing on payments already made to this account, yet you keep calling me to give you my personal bank details for debit order purposes even though I already have an automatic debit order setup for the payment. Take note: I will NEVER share my banking details over the phone. Get the correct info before you harrass me for payment.

Useless bunch. Trying to open a account gets declined due to a outstanding amount from 2018. Knowing that account was settled 2020 by debit order get a paid up letter on request last week. Then a reversal on the letter stating that it was send by mistake and that there is still an amount outstanding.Now I get an account! If there statement was, which it is not, is true then this account prescribed. There was no communication between me and them re this matter since Nov 2022 where I was then promised a paid up letter. No commitment whatsoever was made. The little statement I got today is ludicrous with ridiculous amounts re sms etc etc

I don't have a polite word for the way they work. They'll call a few times on my house phone, starting at 7am. Then they call on my mobile phone throughout the day. They'll call over 10 times a day. They call even if you have an arrangement in place. They literally hound you. When I ask to speak to a manager. They don't even know who's the manager. They give you email addresses that don't exist. Nah
