On a bitter cold night, he runs to my car, to great me with the brightest of smiles, and a “step into my office, madam”. But it doesn’t differ from any other day or time. These hardworking guys serve fast but ever so attentive and caring. I’ll push my empty tank to the limits, just to fill up at my Engen in Hermanus.

I was there on Saturday 13.05.2023. Came all the way from Cape Town.I was helped by the guy by the name of Shaun. What a energetic guy. Awesome service by him from start to finish. He welcomed me with a smile and parted with a smile.

Stood waiting 2nd in line for 15min, but not for the tenant to fill up fuel but to watch him washing windows! This is not a fuel station, but a car wash service. The efficiency is ridiculous, if i could pump my own fuel i would because the tenant are non existing. They are the largest fuel station with the most pumps in hermanus, but the slowest of service.

Hmmm, always super busy. So much potential but inevitable long queues for petrol and dodging the VERY insistent beggars make me prefer any other option in Hermanus

When you say fill up mean doenst mean look around and spill petrol on car body. As per manager it ust R1 miss manager why do I have to knock on my car window to inform you petrol joggy his spilling thats not a air log that negligents 100ml is 2.1 not 1.

Great station to fill up or pick up necessities. Woolies store excellent, pies and take away pastry and snacks fresh and great quality. Not too pricey either. Great late night stop. Awesome employees from forecourt to tellers. Thumbs up.
