I took in my very old, Woolies-bought coffee machine for repairs. There were no parts available for it, but the team made a plan on the problem and didn’t charge me. Squeezed another six months out of it! I appreciate the effort they made on a not-very-fancy machine :-) and the thoughtful service.

Bernice and her team were really excellent. The brew unit for my machine was fixed while we waited and we enjoyed a cup of coffee while they worked on it! This is going to be my go-to place from now on.

Took my coffee machine in as it faulty and was greeted by a friendly happy team who asked me if I had time for a cup of coffee, while I had my coffee my machine was fixed and cleaned and returned. Excellent fast service and they have a great selection of machines and coffee beans on sale. Well done! Excellent service !

Our new SEACO coffee machine for the office space wasn’t functioning optimally but we couldn’t figure out what was causing such a good machine to produce bad coffee. Despite doing everything we could think of, the machine still wasn’t drawing a good shot. Everything tasted like dishwater. Weak, muddy, barely coffee.Bernice and the team at BrewFix were fantastic, taking it in despite us not knowing what we needed them to fix. Since the machine has come back, the directors and whole office space are very chuffed with the coffees being produced. We are quicker to go to our machine than the professional coffee shop around the corner- this is truly remarkable!Thank you BrewFix- looking forward to working with you for years to come.

Service is excellent! We will never go anywhere else. 8 year old Saeco that makes 10 or more cups of coffee a day once again works like a charm!
