I booked an appointment online. Tried calling because I couldn't find them and didn't want to be late, but the line went straight to voicemail. I was really looking forward to the appointment, because their nails looks amazing. I called about 5 times and the line kept going to voicemail.

Store to be open at 7am, my appointment was at 8am. Store only opened after 8am. Not a great experience nor was the service good.

Just did my nails at Pure Gem Beauty & Spa, very unhappy, doesn't look like the picture, my nails are so thick, look like tree trunks!Filed so short, I feel embarrassed walking around with this nails!And talking in languages not being understood, I should have gone to Femme Astetics rather!Worst nails I’ve ever done!I was transferred from one lady to another and not at all friendly!The sticker that is a line not even on the whole nail!

Beautiful place with friendly staff.. One of the few places that has an electronic pedicure chair, that massages your back and gives a jacuzzi foot wash. So marvelous
