It’s silly how happy the Hermanos experience makes me. From booking online, warm welcome on arrival, fabulous decor, coffee, liquor license (!), hair treatment to seamless payment and checkout. The care the stylist takes understanding what I want, cutting & styling with care and attention to detail. I have no words to describe the absolutely fantastic value I get here. Thanks!

Walked in with my husband. He had an appointment to get his hair cut. I was not greeted or acknowledged. Customers next to me waiting for their son to have his hair done were offered coffee and spoken to in a friendly manner. Previously when I have been there with my husband, I was greeted and offered something to drink. Not a good feeling as the only person of colour.

I’ve been a Hermanos client since their first store opened in Loop Street a few years ago. So stoked to see the brotherhood expand. The new branch has the same look-and-feel and the same friendly faces greeting you when you walk in. Feels like family.

I received a gift of a hot towel shave. I went there happy and excited about having the shave. Well enter the realm of SATISFACTION PAR EXCELLENCE! Wow AB did the shave - it was awesome - I asked if he could do a haircut - a quick check on his diary and yes! So I had a haircut as well. To all out there who haven’t experienced this - it’s not a good idea it’s a must best idea ! Well done Hermanos
