My father-in-law purchased a brand new taurus g3 from hot power, upon collection noticed the brand new firearm that was purchased was in fact used after the intial purchase, where on earth does a brand new firearm have powder residue all over the internals with scratches on the slides and reset marks on the barrel of a brand new firearm???This business is clearly dishonest and used this firearm as a demo unit or as a training unit. Would nit recommend this company to anyone.

Had a scope that gave up the ghost. They went out of their way to get it replaced. Excellent service!

Hi there I went to Hot Power Arms today to collect my firearm after it was approved by SAPS. What a shock to see that they have used my brand new firearm as a demo model. It was dirty and out of the original plastic wrapping. When I complained I was told that I am unfair towards them and that Taurus sends the weapons in that state from the factory. He offered to clean my weapon for me and I declined. I went straight to a firearm dealer in Carletoville for his opinion and two people there confirmed my fears. I feel cheated by them that they strongly deny that they have used it. And that is my first ever brand new weapon. Sis on you. Now I would like to know how many rounds were fired in 8 months. Gentlemen go and put some seal on you weapon that is there. Never trust anyone.
