Sunday 13 February 2022 i forgot my blue backpack on top of the counter inside the buying section. I only realized later and i phonedd the store. The manager assured me that he will check the CCTV to see what happened to the backpack and he will phone me back so i gave him my phone number. He never called even just to let me know weather he saw anything or not .I am not saying the store should be responsible for any items lost in their premises, but at least if a customer is asking for help I think it would be fair enough to try and assist or if you can't just say they can't help than to just ignore the whole thing like it's nothing.Now I'm even asking myself what if i leave something dangerous in a corner somewhere inside the shop, then nobody will ever know who did it because nobody knows what going on in the shop, because if someone walked in the shop and grabbed something off the counter that doesn't belong to them and just walk out then there is no security at all .I just wish there management stuff be given some training on customer care.

The worse customer experience manager threatens me with lawyer when she can't provide that there policy says warranty doesn't cover damages on item

Well stocked shop with great apliances and genaral home requirments. Friendly and helpful staff. Ample parking in Parow centre parking area. Noce shopping experiance.

Friendly telephone greeting. Assisting staff member has poor framework for referrals to other branches/ shops where 2ndhand goods N/A to their store is stocked. Would be helpful if staff can refer customers to other branches or stores where they can be assisted.

I was at a the store a few days back and l had my gym bag on. One of the staff just rudely said that l need to hand my bag in the counter or l am not allowed at the store because of their policy. I felt repulsed by that because come on what kind of a policy is that. It’s also not the first time l felt harassed at this store.

Fully stocked store. I had a great experience at the buy in or Pawn shop section of the store. I was given a the money I asked for Pawning my tablet. Great service gentlemen.

Terrible service. Absolutely no sense of urgency or consideration for customers. Employees are also not trained well enough on how to interact with customers. An absence of basic customer relations etiquette.

So I bought an ipad at this store, second hand I thought because I only needed it for one purpose. The ipad that was sold to me was unable to download any apps so I took it back to exchange it for the better one I had seen in the display. I would have obviously paid for the difference. The employees proceeded to waste my time by exactly 4 hours. Then when I waited for a solution. Employees who were in a back room were talking about me wanting a refund and proceeded to swear about me when they believed I was not listening

Worst crusaders around, no service whatsoever, extremely slow and rude. No decent stock, honestly, don't bother. Wait 10 minutes to get 2 stupid dvds, if which one was warped. If I could have given no stars I would have. Visited again and absolutely pathetic. No management, lost stock, slow staff, rude They should close the branch its a disgrace to the brand. Will be reporting to head office

I gave a phone of mine in as I needed cash. I completely forgot to collect the phone on the due date and phoned. They extended it with 5 days. The lady staff member who helped me as well as the manager were very helpful and extended it. Thank you!
