Ignore the location of the showroom - this does not reflect the true quality of the products that are manufactured by these skilled people.We had a brilliant buying experience.Couches were manufactured within 3 weeks. Quality of manufacturing is excellent. D&D pricing was the best.

Service delivery- I'm not happy with. The mistake made was to give us an exact time frame by which we would receive our couch and then we had to keep calling to ask when the couch was arriving and it kept being delayed.The couch itself - We are very happy with. Excellent workmanship. Beautiful stitching and leather.

Very poor service and communication from the factory. Good quality couch but we had to wait 2 months for our couch. Repeated delivery and completion issues. Promises after promises were missed without explanation. Stay away.

I have a problem with after sales. I caĺled at the shop, phoned and sent e mails when I complained about defects No response. Still sitting with the defective sets. I am at the centre of rivalry between two brothers and a shop assistant which is not my problem

What a pleasant experience doing business with this compony. All the praise to John and his team. He is very professional and you can see he has a love for his couches. He and his team even helped us load our couch and he sealed it very nicely so it would not get damaged. I highly recommend to ask for John when you want to buy a couch at DD furniture. Would definitely recommend him to people we know. Thank you John what lovely experience.

Absolutely fantastic service and quality. Anyone looking for a quality couch I would really recommend D& Furniture. We had a custom made couch made and delivered exactly to the way we wanted within a week. You dont have to go to an overpriced chain store, do to D&D Furniture for a leather couch!!!!
