Unfortunately have to edit my review from 5 stars.The arrogance of staff is appalling.Bought wings for the first time in years and got home to find that although crunchy on the outside , it looks and tastes like they were half boiled. Very white slippery meat.

I have complained many times when I order side breast. It is all bone and hardly ant meat. The manager says it's been cut smaller these days . I never get that by the cape cate KFC. I get nice meaty pieces. So I'm not happy at all with the food portions . Even the wings are totally disgustingly small.

Dissapointed. Said I wanted a crunch burger but I meant a double crunch burger. I asked her if she could make it double crunch and not just the normal one and she said no. I'm shocked. She said I need to order again but I didn't need to order two different crunch burgers in one order she could have just edited the order but she was to lazy to call her supervisor. So I ended up not ordering everything I intended to order. Absolutely disgusted.

11 march Saterday came in at 0930 the morning. Staff were busy eating where customers suppose to sit. I was only one in shop therefore they had to see me. But after 3 minutes nobody moved to come and assist me and I walked out. There service in this branch stinks. This was not the 1st time had bad service here. They definetly do notKnow who actually pay there salary.

Ordered on the app, went through the drive through but was asked to go wait as the food was not ready. Supposed to take 10 minutes but it took 20 minutes. While waiting outside the shop we were being harassed by a drunk guy begging for food or money. Wanted to change something on my app order but it was useless and the staff were also arrogant and useless with attitude. #DiePlekSePoes

Just got home to find a soggy bag full of gravy inside. Luckily it ripped when we were already inside the house and not outside. Everything fell on the floor just because someone didnt close the lid on the gravy properly. 3rd incident in 2 month's. Not recommended !!!

I spent more than 25 min waiting for my order. I ordered wings and normal meat with specific meat selections. They still managed to mess up my order. I was given 1 piece of meat instead of my wings and boney chicken breasts l specifically requested not to be included. If I wanted that I would've ordered it! They don't even pic your calls.

Arrived at the KFC at 21:00, stood for about 20min in the drive through, when I approached the ordering speaker the staff member rushed me to order advised that they only have chicken and aren’t making anything else, this caused a huge line of cars because people would ask for certain items only to release you can receive them at a certain time, first time I’ve come across a KFC which only sells certain meals at certain times, surely if I customer comes to any restaurant especially a franchise like KFC at anytime they should surely provide the products on their menu.The reason for the one star rating is because I felt like I wasn’t wanted at the restaurant by staff who didn’t seem keen to take my order or the 3 cars behind us.I wouldn’t recommend this KFC at 21:00

We ordered through Mr D and this is by far one of our worst KFC experiences ever. The chips weren't cooked and still cold inside. We ordered a colonel burger and received one of the tiny side chicken burgers instead (a chicken fillet on a bun with no garnish). I wish zero stars were an option.

Uber eats app I used to order. I ask for zinger sauce to be out on my snack burgers. This i did in the special request box... I wrote it 3 times... Then I wrote on the drivers special request.. please make sure they did put on zinger sauce... And when it came here it was extremely disappointing and I had to scrap the mayo sauce off and cover it with tamatoe sauce to remove the taste. Its tasted awfull after i did that...
