Went into the Claremont, CT branch on 14 Dec. Was promised they would get back to me when car was available for a test drive. Have heard nothing.Have tried to book a test drive on their website. Fails. Tried to search new models - fails

Terrible experience from the service manager and escalated to DP due to a R10 000 warranty repair that was “done”.Two days later I had EXACTLY the same issue in my way back from work.When I took my car back three days later, the Service Manager stood next to me and ignored me, chose to walk to his office (after we spoke telephonically an hour earlier), and totally dismissed me. Rude does not come close to describe his actions. I was promised a callback from the DP by the Service Manager, which never happed.Due to incorrect diagnostics, a further R13 000 job had to be done.I would not recommend anyone using this dealer. I am still wondering if the work they claimed on the first job, was actually ever done? According to the invoice they replaced the cooling sensor and hose and flushed the system.I do not trust this dealer and was appalled by their lack of transparency, customer service and rudeness.Great “work done” indeed.#MercedesBenz #MercedesBenzSA no
