I started my treatments in November 2021.Mel and Sam, the owners of the business are extremely knowledgeable, they have actual re levant diplomas and degrees . I have lost a lot of fat and replaced it with muscle.My bicep circumference has gone from 35 cm to 47 cm with the electric impulse machine.I just needed a kick start regarding getting fit again, and they have given me that. I still go 4 times a week, because its more efficient than going to the gym.There are lots of other treatments as well, and the prices are much better than similar other places.I would highly recommend Mel and Sam to transform your body.

They are amazing, the results are top tier.I love the sauna and faradic. Seeing the results is very satisfying, I have lost over 10KGs. Keep it up Sam and team :)

1 year with Skin and Body Fitness and I couldn't be more thankful. Mel and Sam are experts and their service is fabulous. Apart from the welcoming team I must confess that my biggest achievement with them was totally focused on health. Synergy is impressive for muscle recovery, all athletes should try it. Sauna dome and blanket, either with Faradic or the chilly cream, are incredible for blood circulation and a super natural detox treatment. Their products are Top of the range and every single one works. I recently started using their wax services and couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you!

Higley professional,friendly and an atmosphere of comfort and the understanding of your needs. Any questions that you may have will be answered and explained to the fullest. There treatments are comfortable relaxing yet very effective. I hade under eye bags plasma fibroblasts done and didn't know what to expect. Not only was I surprised by the outcome till date, but didn't feel it. Im on a weight loss plan with these ladies for about 6/7 months now weight close to 90 kg and are happy to say im weighing 75kg and it stay off. They monitor your progress each time you go to them with whatever you do. What surprised me the most on my first time experience with them, was te fact the that my first treatment was absolutely free and i was told about budget plans in place for my convenience and budgeting should i need. it. There products are excellent as i needed some with my fibroblasting. It just works. All inclusive in one visit was a first ever for me and till date im still going back.
