100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Asked for a repair for my TV 6 months later it’s still not fixed cause apparently it’s not fixable. Asked for my fridge to be repaired last week and I was told the fridge compressor was damaged by cockroaches and they will not be fixing it… Forgetting load shedding damaging appliances but all of a sudden it’s cockroaches fault

Great service receive from Centurion Branch. Quotes on repairs is reasonable. I will come back if we have any appliances that is faulty in the Future.

Customer Service from Mastercare Durban Manager Cookie rates zero. I have an outstanding job from 19 April 23, I received one sms on the 19th and then 02 May 23 only. The Durban Manager Cookie does not take or return calls. I am definitely considering ending my contract. Lack of customer respect.

I logged a ticket (CDY-250019-93) with Makro Care on the 14th of March 2023 to get my candy washing machine that is still under warranty fixed as smoke was coming out of it. On the 20th of March I contacted Mastercare as no one called to arrange a call out with me yet. They arrange for a technician Martin to come out the following day. On the 21st the technician arrived to inspect the machine and removed the motor and said that was the reason for the washing machine smoking. He stated that he doesn't have another one with him and would order one as soon as possible. A message was sent the following day that the motor for the candy washing machine has been ordered.Since the message that was sent I had to continuesly contact Mastercare to get an update. On the 6th of April the technician finally came to replace the motor. We used the the washing machine on the 10th of April just to find out it was still smoking. The technician came out once again to have a look and stated that the pc needed to be replaced. He ordered the parts and arranged to fix the washing machine on the 27th of April just after 10:00. No surprise no show. He sent messages to arrange for the 28th of April and again no show.I have posted a review on Hellopeter and they still could not CARE. If the machine can't be fixed it needs to be replaced. If it can't be replaced I need my money back.

I wanted to give zero stars but no such option - I have been waiting 15 days for mastercare to come and replace the ignitor on my stove ..... 15 days later no repair. Further to this when I call in no one is available to give me feedback everyone is very busy looking on the system to give me an update then they say they will phone me back.... still waiting for all the return calls - I'm cancelling my policy and taking my business elsewhere - don't waste your time or money

I have a maintenance plan with master care. They came to collect the TV to have to repaired, four weeks later... no TV, they do not answer their phone or email.

No customer service at all for faulty appliances.Wednesday, 16th November 2022 i brought my Candy washing machine to Makro Germiston as it is faulty and under warranty. I was told by the returns department that they do not take faulty washing machines in. I must write down all my details on the back of the copied invoice and someone from Makro will phone me to make an appointment where they come to your house to access the washing machine etc.Sunday, 19th November 2022 and still no one has phoned me to make an appointment. I have phoned Makro Germiston three times now and given all my details and even written a complaint to Makro head office and still nothing. I keep givinf my details but nothing gets done. Customer service from Makro is absolutely shocking. I am sitting with a washing machine that is broken that i cannot use and thats the bottom line.Thursday, 24th November 2022 an assessor came to my house to check the machine and took pictures. He sais someone will contact me about the machine. Received absolutely no feedback at all from mastercare.Thursday, 1st December 2022 i have managed to get a job number from makro customer care head office. CDY-241094-8Makro has said i need to contact mastercare directly to find out what is going on which i have to have a recorded message contiously come up on the phonecall that i must leave a message and someone will get back to me. Nothing as yet.Monday 5th December 2022 i have sent an email again asking for an update. No response
