Given an appointment. Attended to hours later only to be told to come another day and make an appointment. Waste of time. No one outside informing the people what is required. Just wait long hours only to be told apply online. Wasting people's time who come off nightshift.

Never get help the telephone is the waste of time to call them no one answered
