Cannot comment on other views with negative reviews on Mokki! with my Experience I've seen excellent customer assistance and they helped my family and family friends children have a bedroom of a cloud nine moment! Owner is beyond friendly and funny! The staff has changed for the better I noticed and you know what worth the 5 star. Thank you Mokki Furniture for turning Dreams into Reality

Shocking customer service coupled with a complete lack of accountability from the management of this establishment!!! The owner/manager is arrogant.I'm only giving one star because I can't give it a 0.We paid to have a bunk bed dismantled at one house transported and reassembled at another house. They cancel the move on the morning of the expected date of move, promise that we'll be the first delivery on the following day and arrive after 1 pm. Nobody explained that they would be that late and when we asked for them to accommodate a small change as a result of their poor organization and delays, they blankly refused.

I bought a bunk bed for my kids in 2021, it has shelves to pack booksI was surprised at how strong it is, we mistakenly got on it 3kids and 2adults and it supported us. The kids are happy.

I don't recommend them. My children's beds collapse every other day and I have to pick up all the planks and put them back to together. At this point they don't sleep on them because they are scared of falling down. For the money I spent, quality does not equate value

Scheduled a team to come and dismantle beds today before our removal truck comes tomorrow. It is now at 19h15 and no one has arrived. I paid R950 on the 16th November to secure the booking today only to be let down so badly. Absolutely unacceptable service!
