I had to renew my driver's licence this morning. What a pleasant painless experience. The staff were very friendly and most helpful. It took only half an hour to complete the whole process. Thank you.

Kdm has no urgency what so ever they absolutely incompetent with everything they do, if u call them they never answer and when you go to the offices they always busy doing nothing they don't know how to write and process things correctly and have a whole lot of people doing nothing our town is going down the drain with this people

The municipality is good at talking things that they don't do kwadukuza municipality is complete kaak........ Since yesterday we don't have electricity in Ntshawini I've been phoning since yesterday..... Till now they never come to fix the problem....... Yall such a disgrace nxaaa!!!!

The Kwadukuza Municipality is superbly incompetent and brilliantly inept. Visit and be intrigued by their complete lack of interest in the people of Kwadukuza. Or marvel at their unprofessional handling of incoming calls. Find your spiritual side while experiencing the inability of multiple departments to handle the most routine matters. Bring your own refreshments and make a day of it while idling the day away.

No one at KDM wants to help us with our extremely high electricity billing even though we have a huge inverter and 18 solar panels - we pay thousands of rands more than our neighbours. KDM doesn't respond or care.
