I have rented a garden flat through using Remax Sinoville. I have dealt with previous estate agents but I have not experience such incompetent uninvolved rental agent. When discussed with their administrator n office the attitude was very negative. The rental agent was replaced to not coping with all issues. Never introduced to new rental agent. On the exit interview I was shock to learn that they deducted money without supplying an invoice. I was more shocked to hear from the new rental manager thats get this sorted and off our back asap. What an attitude from someone I have not met and don't even know about the 6 month rental agreement. I will make sure that I will never make use of them again and so my friends and family. They had absolutely no idea how to treat a customer.

My experience so far has been terrible. The agents who are representing us as a seller have been unprofessional and inefficient. From poor communication, to disputes and holding grudges, emotional outbursts and delaying the selling process. With an offer to purchase in December we are no further ahead today with the sale. Very dissapointed with Remax Destiny no customer satisfaction, just stress!

What a disappointing experience with Remax Destiny. From the start the agent tried to put us off from seeing the property. Did not even try to show us other similar properties. did not pitch in time for the appointment, only when we phone did he leave home to arrive more than one hour later. The Agent tried to force us into getting a loan on several occasions , where we specifically stated that we wanted to sell our property first then buy. when he did not get his way , he became very rude and threatened to tear up the contract. When the Remax Destiny management was contacted, they promised to get back to me- which did not happen, and they subsequently did not answer any of my calls when I phoned back. I complained to Remax Head Office on 31 Oct 2019, who then forwarded my complaint for action to Remax Destiny Management - needless to say, yet again absolutely no feedback. I am sorry for the seller who lost a sale, as they did not even bother to follow up on our status with regards to the Offer that ended 31 Dec 2019. If you want to sell property through Remax... Think twice

Disappointing experience1. The agent did not understand transfer process at all2. I specifically requested agent use my own attorney handle conveyance, he agreed. He later changed and told me he did not know3. The place was not well kept from viewing until moving in. The agent made no effort to assist me. As an investor, I will never recommend Remax to anyone or that particular agent

My experience with Remax Destiny has been dismal, I rented from them and the experience was a never again will I use them.

Profesional friendly Admin people

Terrible or non-existing customer service once they have got your money from you. No reply to multiple communications, still awaiting refund of deposit on rental property with NO indication as to when that refund will occur after leaving property on the 31st of January! Literally no one from the office has bothered to reply to at least 10 emails.If could award zero stars then would.
