It is refreshing to deal with a company that is honest and reliable and that takes their commitments to their customers seriously. Not to mention the high quality of their products.

I collect supplies about once every 2 weeks. Every time I get there, I am greeted by an empty desk with no bell or anything in sight. People from the back will walk past the empty desk and look at you funny, but no one will offer any assistance.Collecting pre-ordered supplies takes anything between 15 and 20 minutes before anyone offers any assistance. When your package is presented to you, you need to check everything before leaving, because they make mistakes with your orders and give you the wrong products. The products and descriptions on the invoices dont always matchWe have requested that they do something about issues at hand, but to no avail.UPDATE:Still greeted by an empty desk but customer service is a lot better! Orders are correct and in the case of something not being in stock, they will send it per courier whenever stock is available
