MTN Store - Parow Centre

I have just read the previous post, ( the only good review I see about the MTN stores) Unfortunately your request to have the store assistants answer the phones have not been met, EVERY SINGLE TIME i call an MTN store they never answer, It's almost comical how sure I am that I will NOT get through. it's ridiculous

Mtn Parow service is terrible I went to return my phone for assistance to check why the battery gets warm and it's a 7 day old phone the guy said he will send it for warranty I go back the next day he make as if he don't remember me n ask one of his colleagues to assist me and while she is assisting they are all laughing in the office at me I have no idea why like I'm stupid... they don't belong there cause they have no customer service etiquette and I still have not heard from that store to weather the phone was checked or not and it is 3 weeks already

Very bad customer service very rude consultants they have no knowledge about anything with regards the company they work for its extremely unprofessional

Utterly poor service from Jade Naidoo- This lady does not deserve to be on your front counter.Popped in on Saturday and she just outright refuses to help and then gives you attitude.Surely MTN can do a bit better than this...

I had the same encounter with that woman she should definitely not be in front service shes really cold and unsympathetic. PPPPOOOOOORRRR SEEERRRVVVVIIIICCCEEE from her . Top store again, people are arrogant and think they are doing you a favor and make statement with no evidence. Terrible, I cannot wait to finish my contract. Horrible service

Morning Julia & Company.Just want to let you know my MTN experience with your stores was a pleasurable one & I thank you for your efforts to get my upgrade through. I appreciate the open approach, willingness to allow me to email the contract so time was not wasted, call backs to keep me in the loop & help to get the basic setup done.Once again I want to mention again, KEEP answering your store phone when it rings because as much as I know it can be a pain it will boost your reviews and stand you in good stead with clients & future clients because from reviews I have read on MTN stores in general many, in fact most are not answering the phone and paying the price with some terrible reviews. I personally used your store because Julia answered the phone, was pleasant, helpful & could tell me what devices you had in stock.The in store banter, lightheartedness, and helpful interplay between each other was refreshing & a dynamic you should work to preserve.Let your bosses know I think you doing a great job. Oh sorry I forgot you all bosses" so that's sorted.May 6 pm come quickly & the week-end serve you all well."

Horrendous experience with Jade Naidoo! She authorized a data sim on my phone without my authorization. I am extremely dissatisfied! She is so arrogant!

Staff are very friendly went to register my SIM card they help me quickly it take less then a half and hour and customer service excellent communicating skills although I didn't take the name of they lady who help me but IL make sure to do that next time.... Keep up the good work guys and thanks alot of your help much appreciated

oh my gosh what a bunch of incompetence people, i took out a 20 day and 20 night sim only contract in Feb this year as an upgrade,since then till now they are giving me 40 gig night and 40 gig day for r200 EXTRA. SO NO IM PAYING R499 INSTEAD OF 299 SINCE FEB. every time i go there than there is NO managers on a weekend and they will sort it out from feb. i was there again today and the lady was extremely rude and said that she cant do anything now and that i need to go to another store bcoz she cant help me and when i asked her name to report her she said IM NOT GIVING MY NAME TO you. i dont know what to do because of a fault that is there is there is nothing that i can do to rectify the problem they made and i do have the paperwork to state what the contract should be.
