I called in regarding meeting someone who deals with trims and spoke to a lady by the name of Michelle. She was extremely rude and hostile to give me information. And literally threw me off the call and cut it! I’ve dealt with major chain stores and never had this issue.It’s takes alittle bit of customer service and being polite to make the company you work for grow!
