This store is an actual mess.The gondola's in the grocery isle make it impossible to move with all the congestion. At one one point a cashier left the Kiosk and all the customers were confused, some even left. I don't know what is happening in this store there is clearly a lack of leadership and motivation.

I like this Shoprite a lot, but they barely have stock and they don't keep the shelves full. Rather give Checkers a try - also owned by Shoprite PTY LTD. They have more stock there as well. Staff here are always busy.I only come her if I new a few things because it's just down the road from me (pinnacle point golf estate) I do wish they had more stock though.

Products are okay. In store always long lines at till points and most of the time no till packers. Never had issues with returns

Always long lines and the managers & supervisors aren't that visible, you never know who is who. The service is absolutely terrible. Prepare to stand in that line for 3 hours.

The service is really slow, every time i go there i have to wait in queue for a really long time. Otherwise it's closest to where I'm staying but the service could use an improvement. The products are nice and up to standard.

Terrible all round service. You will never find a manager or supervisor. The cashiers are very slow as there are always long cues and don't ever buy anything from the Deli, it doesn't appear to be very sanitary. Also there was no one at the kiosk and no communication, the customers literally left. Very poor Quality of service and our most frustrating experience ever.

Enjoy shopping here, lots of bargains during the month, friendly staff but the ques are at the tills. best time to visit shop is early in the morning.
