They are the worst online store I have ever encountered. The online customer care we don't know where the package is our courier does not know where your package is" this is 2 weeks after I have been calling them daily to enquire about my purchase."

I am a repeat client of YDE Tygervalley and usually the service is average but i went to buy a jumpsuit for a function Sunday, 4th of November and received the worst service ever. Firstly the people in the store are the most miserable team I have ever seen, then I wait at the counter for someone to help me while they see me waiting. Finally I get help, not even greeted may I add, then once I have purchased my item the lady over the counter tells me and i quote you are NOT going to be one of those people who purchase items

Although nice designs, totally rubbish quality, clothes disintegrate after first wash, or fabric shrinks after washing.High price for cheap and rubbish quality.. best to not buy there.. e en one star rating is too high.. never again..
