Horrible experience I was a regular until my usual hairstylist was not there and had to deal with a lady who discriminates against different hair types. Made me feel like my hair was an inconvenience and was going on the whole time about it. And mind you the price kept increasing everytime she said it. Like seriously? I thought you had set prices for different products and lengths but anyway I never returned after that day. Horrible experience.

Worst experience ever! Can't believe they are still open. I don't even think the staff are qualified. Incompetent staff and no sign of management. I will never go back

Absolutely disgusted in this place had to go back for my nails and my little ones my l9rd they cannot even do a proper French and didn't do what I asked for k8d and wanted to over charge me like crazy I paid in total 920 and only got a 150 refund for my kid but our work that was done looks disgusting

If there was a rating less then one , I would give it to them. Your service is terrible and your staff is poorly trained. I went for a brow wax and tint and I came out looking horrendous with unequal brows with a terrible wax.

Shocking! While the staff are friendly enough, when one asks for light brown brows (being blonde), you do not expect or want to see 2 dark brown caterpillars hibernating above your eyes! Thinking I should audition for the Parlotones! No impressed at all.

The beauticians are very helpful. Thay always make a space for me, even without an appointment. Did my nails wonderfully. And my hubbies hair.... wow!

I once went here and left with wax still on my skin, i had to pluck my own eyebrows again when i looked in the mirror. Awful place.

I would NOT recommend going to this branch for nails. My Friend and I went on Saturday for a very expensive Pedi and they completely destroyed my friends feet. The paint on mine ended up bubbling. They refuse to give us a refund as we are not happy to go back there.
