Get the contact, do the installation of 26 water meters. Then when there’s problems, they are nowhere to be found.Water meter suppliers come check the installation we get told that the water meters are not supposed to be underground, so we had to get another company to fix their installation at our cost.Zero star rating, don’t use this company! If you do, good luck.

worst customer service, they don't pay on time, poor communication, they take for ever to register a meter after which they put in wrong information. I will never ever recommend them to anyone. I give power ,measurement a zero rating.

Unfortunately you should try and have a bank account with all of the major banks if you want to buy water via their payportal. First I cannot buy from my transactional account with Standard Bank. Ended up having to transfer money to my Capitec account just to buy water Now apparently I cannot use Capitec on their payportal either. Via e-mail correspondence I am told that I can buy via my banking app. Upon enquiry how, I am referred to the 'Buy Electricity' option. Uhm...I am trying to buy water!!

I have had a Power Measurement water system in the apartment that I live in for about six months. I found it an odd type of thing to get used to, and battled a few times to get everything correct. In these time I have called for help, the service has at all times been absolutely top, the person on the other end of the line has been patient and explained how to do what I was trying to do. I can only recommend these people and say that I am extremely happy and impressed with them.
