Very rude, impatient and intolerant sales lady, an indian lady. Gobsmacked about her poor interpersonal communication skills as a sales woman. She is so ill mannered. Lost interest in purchasing the Autumn rich tiles and had to walk out. She wasn't gonna get commission out of me with that kind of attitude. I'd rather seek for the tiles elsewhere where I can get better service!
