Today I had the privilege of a pedicure done by Jamie. All I can say is WOW. I t was absolutely marvellous, I highly recommend her and the environment of the salon is inviting. Can't wait to go back!

Best salon is Cape Town. I always walk out of there feeling like a beauty queen with perfect brows and lashes! They also do amazing nails, hair and facial treatments! I highly recommend! Love that they still enforce a strict covid protocol.

The service at McQueens is unmatched! I’ve never had a better mani, my skin has never been glowier or happier since having regular facials and following their skincare advice. I get my highlights done at their hair bar and they come out perfectly every time, the blowouts are quick and flawlessly executed every time and every time I get a wax it’s as quick and painless as a wax can be. All of the therapists are kind, intuitive and very personable. The atmosphere is relaxed and jovial and you can see everyone had a great rapport with one another. McQueens is my beauty one-stop-shop!

I went to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded and I'm not sure if it was the woman's first time or what happened but first, I specifically asked that she keep my eyebrows thick multiple times and she completely disregarded that. Second, she was incapable of removing the hair on my upper lip using threading and I felt her not getting the hairs and just rubbing my skin. She kept trying multiple times but couldn't get it so I asked her to switch to tweezers. She still wasn't able to get the hairs and after repeatedly going back and forth to the point that my skin was raw, I asked her to stop so I could do it myself. Thirdly and most egregious and the reason for my post, is that when I got home, I realized she had cut me on the nose and below my nose using the thread. It is so bad my eyebrows look terrible and I have two cuts on my face.

Very professional. Hygienic. Well mannered. Wonderful service. Would definitely recommend
